I bought approximately 3 weeks ago. I am extremely disappointed that I am struggling to get them to connect to my computer. I am also disappointed that I cannot seem to get help or support from Bose. I am strongly considering returning them.

I just received my new headphones last week. I love them! I’ve needed a pair of noise canceling headphone for years, I was diagnosed w ptsd in 2015. My only regret, is that I didn’t purchase these sooner. They are a game changer! ❤️

I bought these headphones 2 weeks ago and so far they're pretty good but there are some flaws. One bad thing is that whenever I'm playing a game it disconnects from the headphones and I stop getting volume from the game, the sound just stops.

I have wanted these for years. And I finally told my wife that I wanted them. She told me to order them and she would give them to me for Christmas. After listening to them and checking out the features I have to say they were worth the wait.

I got the liliac headphones for my October birthday, and I absolutely love them. This is my first time having a pair of BOSE headphones. So happy with my purchase. I want to wear them everywhere I go.
