Excellent sound quality and very easy to use…I trust Bose as I still have the radio/cd player and the 3 disc player I purchased in 2006 !! Well worth the cost

As much as I love the sound and cancellation, the adjustments aren’t tight enough for my small head. I feel them slide a lot, especially while working out. Please offer an adjustment add on or make a smaller size.

Very comfortable with great quality sound. The mic however is horrible. I take calls from home and I get a lot of negative feedback from colleagues saying they can hear a lot of background noise. Bose please fix this issue!

I bought this because I have a minor traumatic brain injury. I have tried different brands of headsets. This one helps the most! Very comfortable and when in quiet mode, it blocks all the side noise that hurts my head.

I have gone through 2 different cheaper pairs in past year. Now I have these they are so much better in sound quality, noice reduction, and much easier and more intuitive to use. Don't know why I waited so long.
