I bought this for a Christmas surprise for my wife. It will be her third Bose QC series headphone. She is an avid news reader and music aficionado, using her headphones several hours each day! With that in mind, only the best product fits her need!

Great sound and noise cancellation. Can not find the serial number on the headphones. I did not realize I needed to get it off the box. Examples on the bose website do not show any places my bose headphones serial number is located

These are great headphones all around, I use these as much as possible, the sound cancelling is so nice, sound quality and bass is beautiful, you can practically feel the bass. Overall best headphones I have used, nice and durable too.

The only problem I have is that the sound stops and I have to re-pair the blue tooth to get the sound back. This happens often. They may be going back.

Every day I learn something new i can do with my headphones. The cable connection makes my music sound excellent. I plan to upgrade to the ultra for the spacial sound.

I've been using my headphones for 6 months now and I love them. Noise cancelling is fantastic in an office environment. I can't count how many times I've been startled by people because I can't hear them approaching.

I purchased these recently while recovering from a severe sinus/ear infection in which I suffered hearing loss. These through the Bluetooth hook up allowed me to adjust my volume up while the rest could listen to the TV volume at normal levels.
