Love these headphones

It is absolutely cute and I love the way it looks. I've been waiting for months on end to get these.And the sound quality in the bass amazing and I love the noise cancellation.You barely can hear the sound around you

Quality

I purchased these headphones and am very pleased with them. Sound quality is good and the noise cancelling works well. They are comforting and easy to use. Worth the money!

Okay on sale. ANC uncomfortable over long periods

They are okay... only when they're on sale though. I would not pay full price for them. Returned the next day as they were uncomfortable with ANC on. I wanted noise canceling pretty bad and well these were just a miss with noise canceling. The noise canceling itself was really good. The problem was the noise canceling was putting pressure on my eardrums which were really uncomfortable especially the longer you wear them.

This is my second set of Bose headphones, the first set I’ve had for 6 years and I beat them up pretty bad they still work great but the ear pads were disintegrating and the screws on one side began to fall out. I bought a new pair because I love them. During my purchase I saw replacement ear pads, got those too and between the new ear pads and replacing so screws they are like new.

Phones not so good with TV

The cancelling noise option was excellent, very easy to Bluetooth to other objects like cell phone, iPad and TV. When I used these headphones on my Samsung TV, I used the noise reduction so I wouldn't have to hear the vacuuming, the sound came in distorted and was not clear and crisp. These worked good on everything else. I ended up returning them.

Best Purchase I Ever Made

I have Parkinson's Disease and am hard of hearing. Even with hearing aids I could not hear or understand what people were saying over the phone. I bought 2 headsets from other manufacturers. Not only could I not hear what the person was saying, they could not hear me! My husband always took matters into his own hands and bought me Bose Quiet Comfort headphones. The headphones have a built in mike.. I was never so pleased with a purchase! They work beautifully!. The sound is incredible! Even just conversations sound incredible!

Awesome headphones

I purchased these for my wife after having her listen to my Bose quiet comfort head phones. I had previously purchased her some beats headphones that she found were quite heavy and uncomfortable. She had also stated that the noise cancellation was not as good as my Bose headphones. After her receiving and settling up her new Bose headphones she loves them.

Little Malfunction; Overall Good

I bought this about a week or two weeks ago. I do absolutely enjoy the quality and comfortability of the headphones, I initially bought them for the color which I also love as well. However, there is an issue with my specific headphones where the audio will cut out during mid song or mid video but the song/video will keep playing. So I need to return to have them fixed because for the price and for them being brand new I should not have that malfunction

Pretty good

Pretty good. Sometimes the button that does the mode selection sticks, cycling through the modes for a couple seconds. Also, you can hear your voice when in a call. Overall, they are comfortable and sound quality is good. I wish I could control the intensity of the ambient sound in aware mode.

works great, minor glitching

I bought this about a month ago and it’s nice! My only issue is that sometimes the sound glitches and the music cuts out when I’m right next to my phone. I don’t know why this an issue but otherwise it’s nice. The noise canceling part is my favorite since it blocks out the very thin walls in my house.
