Let me start by saying this product is thoughtfully and beautifully crafted. I am a huge fan of the color blue, so the new Blue Dusk color was calling to me. This is my first pair of Bose over ear headphones, but I did purchase the QC Ultra Earbuds last year. I really love those earbuds. I use them almost daily at home or work. My plan is to primarily use the earbuds at work and while working on several outdoor tasks. I will be using these headphones for most indoor home tasks. The sound quality is excellent! And, they are also extremely comfortable (even while wearing glasses). I have used them for several hours while working at home. I was on the fence between purchasing these or the QC Ultra Headphones, but the holiday promotions were much too good to resist the phenomenal value that these headphones offer. The ANC of this product is not quite as good as the ANC on my QC Ultra earbuds, but that is not an issue for me. That seems to be one of the bigger upgrades for the QC Ultra headphones as well. One other very important feature for me was also regarding the ANC. Prior to purchasing any Bose products, I purchased a much lower cost pair of headphones with ANC. I could not wear those for more than 20 minutes without terribly uncomfortable pressure in my ears. I was afraid that might result from any over ear headphones. However, I have not experienced this issue at all with either of my Bose earbuds or headphones. I am very satisfied customer!

The sound quality is beyond amazing, I listen to a lot of heavy metal and the sound is superior to anything else. The fit is adjustable and they are so soft. I literally can't hear anyone around me and I love it 😂....the best ever! 10/10 highly recommend

I actually have the Bose Ultra and can't believe the quality and sound of these headsets. I turned my television up as loud as I could while listening to music on my headset. AlI I could hear was beautiful quality music. The sound is unbelievable. These headsets are beyond anything I could've imagined. I'm a very happy customer!!

Sound quality is very good. However I bought these with the expectation that the noise cancellation would be good and I find it doesn’t work well. Outside I can still easily hear cars and the wind. Even though it has a feature for the wind. Plane noise is also still easily heard with them. I was hoping for better especially given the cost. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bose QC headphones as a Christmas gift and I have been very happy with them. Using public transport to get to classes and simply using the noise canceling feature with no music is good for drowning out outside distractions while studying.

I have had these for about two weeks now. This is my first set of real headphones. My first reaction was they feel very light. Once in my hand they felt very flimsy and I felt like I might break them easily. The set up instructions were easy and the app helped me dial in the sound I was looking for. The sound itself is decent but I’m only basing this off of cheap headphones. The noise cancellation works great indoors - just ask my wife! I have used them at the beach this week and they worked very good with canceling out the wind noise. I have had some random crackling noises while watching YouTube videos but I will keep an eye out for that in the future. Overall I am satisfied for the price I paid. I think there is some room for improvement but overall im satisfied.

The sound quality is really good. 1 best thing I like about them is that the noise cancelling feature is adjustable in the Bose app so you can use the headphones in the public transport or on the way where surrounding noise is important.

Been using this for almost 3 years. Sound is great and it really is quiet. One side of the headphone starts going on and off, and when I contacted the customer service they resolved the issue right away. Better than I expected, I should say. So, I’m very very happy

I’ve had this for a little over a year and I love it. I use it every morning on the bus, on car trips, in the office, everywhere. It is super effective while having a super long battery life with a quick charging time. It has worked for me all of this time, and I only need to charge it every few days. Love this product, and I really appreciate all it has helped me with.
