[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for myself as a Christmas present. I debated among Bose, Beats, and Sony and ultimately chose this. I am very pleased with my purchase. The sound is clear and the device connects easily to my laptop and mobile phones. I would purchase again.

I love the sound and how comfortable they are but ever since I bought them there are times when the Bluetooth connection seems to have issues and the sounds stops despite the song continued to be played on the device. You have to kind of reset the connection every time. This issue went away for some months but I recently added a new device and now the problem is back on any other device used. It can be annoying and apparently it is something happening to others with the same model. Other than that, it is a good product.

I bought this headphones about 1 month ago and still standing in a good shape, when I first tried them I was left gasping, surprised how great these headphones sound and how great the bass is especially how extremely comfortable they fit on my head and covering my ears. Greatest purchase I made and they much better then the $500 Apple headphones and Beats studios. Went ahead and bought 2 more for my siblings.

It has been one of the best purchases. The noise cancellation allows me to close out the world and be totally focused on my audio books and escape to a fictional world... Love the color as well. I choose the forest green and it makes me think of my military 🪖 days....

So I bought Bose QC quite spontaneously. Before I had a listen only to some Sony and Sennheiser headphones in simmilar price range but found them to be too tiring for a long sessions as well as too "boomy". I quite didin't like their sound. The only option left was Bose QC which I didin't have an oppprtunity to listen to before, but still I chose them blindly due to the brand. As an audio proffesional I thought to myself - what could possibly go wrong with choosing 200€ Bose headphones? For me the built quality is very good, the headphones feel premium. The sound is also supreme, it is let's say "commercial" but still mid-highs and highs are not tiring but very clear and detailed as well as bass is mostly clear and you can feel what's going on in the low-low freq. Things that are kind-of downsides for me are: First is when I have the ANC on and press slightly on one earcup it does feel like change of pressure in my eardrum, not big of a deal but a little discomfort is there. Second thing is there could be like an "easy" and "pro" mode in the Bose app, I am missing ways to tweak the sound even further to my liking. Main thing is that sometimes the upper-bass frequencies are too much in front which gives impression of a "boomy" sound. Not always, depends on the track. Third thing is that it would be nice to have ability to completely turn off the ANC system. Overall I am happy with the purchase and quality of Bose QC headphones.

I bought the item about 2 weeks ago now and I must say it’s been everything I wanted they have replaced my Sony xm4s and what can I say??? Better quality better comfort and most importantly better price to performance ratio love these things only issue is that the app has software bugs that can effect the headphones like a little crackle when switching apps but that’s the apps problem not these bad boys

This is my third pair of Quietcomfort headphones. My first pair lasted many years, even with daily use for work. My second pair are still going! (My partner uses them every day for work.) - They are an excellent product. The sound is rich and a little on the bass-y side, which I'm okay with. They are comfortable on my ears, but can be a little heavy to weigh all day every day. I'm use to it, though. Would recommend these to anyone wanting a reliable noise-canceling headphone.

My husband bought me a pair a year and a half ago for my birthday. They've been mostly great (some issues with sound cutting out while watching movies). However they just stopped working out of nowhere. Fortunately customer service was wonderful and after troubleshooting they're providing an exchange. I can't wait to receive the replacement - just wish I wasn't going to be without headphones for 2+ weeks!

Quality headphones! This is my 3rd set and quality is really good! The only hitch is the way they connect via bluetooth with my Samsung TV. When I connect the TV without using the app to do so, the sound quality is terrible and the volume control skips 6 levels either way. So, I have to take the extra step of using the app to connect to the TV every time and then the sound quality and volume control works like it should. Not sure if the faulty direct connection is a Bose or Samsung issue. However when connected to my iPhone for music or my iPad for watching movies on a plane, the Bose headphones are great!
