Sound quality is what I really love. Everything I have , which is related sound quality, i.e. Home Theater speakers, sound bars, earbuds, portable speakers, and now, headphones, are Bose Products. My opinion, Bose is the best!!!!!

I had earbuds, but now that I am approaching 60 there's things in my fingers and constantly falling in the airplane while I travel let me to request this particular item the ease of use with the Bluetooth is light years better than Bose used to have And the sound quality is second to none based on the comparison to the Sennheiser that I presently own. I would personally recommend these to anyone as well as the ultras that my daughter had purchased at the same time.

The quality, color options, sound, and accessories are perfect! Only tiny flaw I've seen is sound while switching apps may take a second or two longer than just immediate. But these are worth every single penny.

1. Perfect sound quality 2. warm sound signature. 3. excellent bass. 4. Superior ANC in both quite mode and aware mode. It is so natural that I'm not aware that I wore headphones while in aware mode. I can hear surrounding sound while blocking unnecessary noise. 5. Great for phone call conversation. 6. Super comfortable to wear. 7. Wired connection can be used without battery making this headphones literally usable at all time.

Pros: super comfortable and the noise cancelling is extremely effective. The sound quality is decent. Cons: The user expeeience during use is not great. They don't have wear detection based pause content that even cheap headphones have. The multiple poi t connections causes random cutting out of content I'm listening too. The auto on/off is not always accurate if I'm actively using the headphones and sitting still.

I love them so much even when music is not playing the noise canclation keeps working but i can still hear who is talking with me really helps me out when i am over stimulated in public spaces and there is never any fead back on calls app works verry well with my non iphone

The quality of these new “noise canceling headphones “ are not worth the money even on sale. Purchased to replace older quiet comfort headphones and was a waste of money. They do not cancel complete background noise like previous models. As well as a see and end functions there is a long delay to both answer and end calls on headphones. While the new colors are neat save your money not worth the expense. This is the first negative review I have given on any Bose product we have been purchasing there items for decades and first bad experience with a brand new product.

I purchased these to replace a 7-year old Bose headset that has been used a lot. I loved the old headset so much I bought another Bose headset. I was surprised at how much better the noise cancellation has gotten. I used it while operating some lawn equipment and I could still hear the music.
