[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought them just after Christmas for travel in January. They work great around the house but absolutely amazed me at how well they cancelled out the plane noise!! Was able to actually sleep despite the plane being loud and screaming children! Battery only dropped 10% on an 8 hr flight with constant use!! Only complaint is a relatively short Bluetooth tether distance (disconnects on the other side of the house) but I rarely need them to work so far away.

My most recent purchase of the Quiet Comfort headphones was an additional pair of these headphones. I love the comfort and quality of these headphones and have owned several iterations. These are used downstairs in reading/music room while I have another pair of QC 45s upstairs. The products provide wonderful audio for personal enjoyment.

Noise-cancelling function is okay and has been beneficial but not what as "quieting" as anticipated though. Fit is good and comfortable. Sound is mediocre. I was expecting a much higher quality. Bluetooth connection is terrible. I have to completely disconnect, remove and forget the device every time I use them on Bluetooth or the audio skips repeatedly. Even if they are turned off for a few minutes, it has to be reset every time.

I enjoyed the superior sound quality and the outstanding comfort of my original QuietComfort headphones that it was an easy decision to purchase the newest model for watching TV (amongst other uses). These headphones do not disappoint and the noise cancellation is second to none. I highly recommend these headphones

received them as a gift for Christmas. noise canceling works pretty well on planes and at home. went to a cheerleading competition, and still got a lot of sound through. so, really high sound volumes get tempered down, but not completely canceled. overall, really good product.

They only thing that bothers me is when I have it connected to two devices there is some static when the headphones are having trouble figuring out where to get sound. To avoid this I only connect them to one device at a time and it’s perfect.

I'm a bose fan. I'm excited to have the upgraded quiet comfort. I couldn't wait to listen and connect it my laptop. where i can use it in school and listening to music while studying. Thanks to Jane for patiently addressing my concerns, and gave a discount offer. It lead me to replace my speaker and headphone as well. It's actually my christmas gift to myself

Replacing model 35's first bought before covid. Very pleased by sound and durability. Used daily for teams based online work in noisey office environment. Clean block of background noise. More durable than the Sony's that broke in 2 months. My beard is Italian, so I replaced ear pads 3 times in 6 years. So when I finally stepped on my 6 year old 35s, I replaced with latest. Great on a plane, office or quiet night. We'll worth the price a 2nd time.

I’m a long time Bose customer. I have two Bose radio CD players plus I had earphones that I lost in a flood lost one of the CD players in a fire so I was happy to order something else. Until it came. I have no owners manual, which it refers to I Can’t find the serial number and the instructions or whatever that pages that came with it is so small I can’t even see it with a magnifying glass. So I’m in a quandary do I send it back for a refund or do I contact fraud at the bank because this is not the bows that I’ve had before. I’ve never had anything this confusing. Please advise

This has been a purchase I have been wanting to make for awhile and am so happy I finally did! I work in an open office and these headphones almost completely block out distractions. On days when I am home and need to tune out and just want to listen to music I’m able to put these on and am instantly happy/relaxed. My only issue has been that as a very petite woman the headphones are a little big. Though, I am more than willing to overlook this.
