[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted a pair of choir comfort over the ear headphones from my children this holiday season. I had earbuds, but now that I am approaching 60 there's things in my fingers and constantly falling in the airplane while I travel let me to request this particular item the ease of use with the Bluetooth is light years better than Bose used to have And the sound quality is second to none based on the comparison to the Sennheiser that I presently own. I would personally recommend these to anyone as well as the ultras that my daughter had purchased at the same time.

I bought this last month to replace my Beats Studio and so far I can say the quality is superb. The sound is crisp and I especially like the modes hat let you select the level of silence you desire. My issues would be that the overall quality of the material makes me worry of the durability. They don’t feel cheap. Just very delicate. The controls are also oddly placed. Bottom line for me is once they are on your head, the sound is golden and that is primarily what I need as I.baby my devices.

I didn't know how many stars to give because I'm not sure if I purchased a defective pair or whether the bluetooth technology used by Bose is not good. Incidentally, I bought a pair of Bose earbuds for my daughter in law a year ago and now her bluetooth connection is not working. I am hoping that when I get the replacement pair, the issue will be resolved and then I can give another assessment about the product.

Having had these for just over a month, I've noticed I love them the more I use them. They replaced a pair of Beats Studio Pro 4, which I handed down to someone not so picky about audio quality. I have my EQ flat for my audio streaming service and fine tune it with the Bose app and I have found this to be the best way to tune your Bose QC's to your ears. Aside from excellent sound quality, they are lightweights, portable, and comfortable. I wear them for my workouts at the gym, at bedtime and not once do I feel discomfort. I could not ask for anything more.

Great sound quality and fantastic battery life, but wind noise cancellation requires active noise cancellation on full, so I have to choose between loud wind noise and not hearing traffic while walking down the sidewalk. Also, the device selection switch says the headset is switching between my phone and TV, but it continues to only play the TV audio when when it says it's switching to my phone

I want to listen to my music on Pandora to start with. My other headset allowed me to. I don’t want to join the apps that Bose is telling me I need to join. I want to turn it on and have it work. So far it’s still in the box because I got so angry with it. HELP PLEASE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years, I travelled quite a bit on long flights. Being a very light sleeper, I always had trouble trying to get some zzz's. Noticing other passengers using Bose headphones, I took a leap of faith and bought a pair a year ago. WOW ! Absolute game changer for me! I now can't wait to hit cruise level and activate my Bose. Sound asleep in minutes and for long stretches as they are Sooo light and comfy. The best part is, once I'm awake and put some tunes on, the sound quality (especially the Bass notes) is phenomenal. Being a musician, this is of utmost importance to me. I was so impressed that this past Christmas I bought TWO more to give as gifts to my Music ( and sleep loving) adult daughters! Ingenious folding compact design goes anywhere along with Great quality and features makes it worth every penny. No brainer purchase! Thank you Bose...

I have had these for about two weeks now. This is my first set of real headphones. My first reaction was they feel very light. Once in my hand they felt very flimsy and I felt like I might break them easily. The set up instructions were easy and the app helped me dial in the sound I was looking for. The sound itself is decent but I’m only basing this off of cheap headphones. The noise cancellation works great indoors - just ask my wife! I have used them at the beach this week and they worked very good with canceling out the wind noise. I have had some random crackling noises while watching YouTube videos but I will keep an eye out for that in the future. Overall I am satisfied for the price I paid. I think there is some room for improvement but overall im satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the headphones as a gift. They are by far the best headphones I’ve ever owned. It’s now been a couple months since I’ve had them and not one sign of wear and I will usually see wear and tear on my headphones from constant use.

I haven’t used my Noise Cancelling Bose headphone on an airplane yet, but I have used them at home, at night, after my wife goes to bed. They were amazing easy to pair to my TV, IPad, and Iphone. At night I can put on my Bose headphones, and watch any TV show or movie I want, as loud as I want, and know my wife will not be awaken by the noise. The sound quality is great.
