I bought them on 05/19/25 and to date I am less than pleased. I have another set of Bose my son gave me as a Christmas gift sever years ago that work great and stll use them a lot. They work fine so I thought I would buy a newer set axpexcting the same performance or better. I am so disappointed withh my new Quitcomfort headphones. I have already had to return them for repair which I am hoping they come back working as I expect. I will have to see when I get them back. When I tried to use the new set they wouldn't work like my current set. When I tried to talk with Bose I was told I would have to download an AP and progam them but I could only do that either a I Phone or a I Pad of which I have neither. See where I going not well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easily one of the best overall headphones. Noise reduction is perfect for office setting but louder homes still might not find it enough. They are very comfortable and fit well on my head. They replaced my long standing commitment to another brand.

Noise cancellation isn’t very good. It cancels out static noise but I’m still able to hear almost everything around me still. I can still hear other people’s conversations, music, or loud crying babies. Mind you if I turn my music loud it’s better but the noise cancellation feature is subpar.

But I still like how they sound and how comfortable they are!!!👍🏽👍🏽

The first set was exchanged thinking maybe those were just a defect, but nope I'm about to go exchange the second set and pray for a better outcome. I have some from like 3 or 4 yrs ago and they just started sounding staticky which that i understand they have been used alot and at all levels of volume.

Best headphones I have ever had. Very comfortable and the sound is amazing. My only complaint is that the instructions that came with it was too small to read, and it was in many languages and I could not find what I was looking for and had to ask a friend for help.

I have and love Bose speakers, so I have the Bose QuietComfort Headphones a shot. I could not be happier with my purchase. The sound quality is fantastic, the touch features are easy to set up and use, they are lightweight and chic, BUT most importantly - they don't hurt my ears to wear. I work remote about half the week and am on endless calls. I wear these headphones pretty much all day and have zero irritation or discomfort. The battery life is great as well.

I also use this for work and make / receive calls utilizing the headphones. I am told (I've asked friends how I sound) that I should very clear and can be easily heard during calls. Overall a great purchase and very glad I bought them!
