[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got one last year and it’s been working great only issue I got it that when I’m traveling static gets into the sound when the airplane takeoff or lands I don’t know if anyone has experienced this issue but I have enjoy the sound and comfort that Bose QuietComfort Headphones promises!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones seem to have a better build quality than the older Bose QC-15s I have. However, between the two, there isn't much difference in noise cancelling without audio input, which I what I need. They emit very loud sound effects upon startup, which jar the nerves and defeat the point of noise-cancelling headphones

Having had these for just over a month, I've noticed I love them the more I use them. They replaced a pair of Beats Studio Pro 4, which I handed down to someone not so picky about audio quality. I have my EQ flat for my audio streaming service and fine tune it with the Bose app and I have found this to be the best way to tune your Bose QC's to your ears. Aside from excellent sound quality, they are lightweights, portable, and comfortable. I wear them for my workouts at the gym, at bedtime and not once do I feel discomfort. I could not ask for anything more.

He listened to the radio and I listened to my music. I never heard what he was listening to. The sound on my headphones was absolutely amazing. So glad I decided to buy one for myself.

I bought these for my daughter. she had them for a year and they stopped charging. they were replaced and a year later they broke. Instead of buying another pair as I see they will be replaced yearly I thought I'd buy Bose as most of my stuff is Bose. My daughter absolutely loves them and tells me their amazing.

Good sound quality and noise cancellation, but the software leaves a lot to be desired. There are very few customization options. You cannot turn off announcing each device that is connected and sometimes it is difficult to get the chosen device to swap. You also cannot use the headphones while they are charging.

I bought these Bose Comfort Headphones as a Christmas gift for my wife, and they’ve been perfect for her workouts at the gym. The headphones stay securely in place during exercise and effectively block out surrounding noise, helping her stay focused. She also loves the subtle green color, which complements her jet-black hair beautifully. Plus, their lightweight design was a major factor in choosing them as the perfect gift. She couldn’t be happier with them!

The quality of these new “noise canceling headphones “ are not worth the money even on sale. Purchased to replace older quiet comfort headphones and was a waste of money. They do not cancel complete background noise like previous models. As well as a see and end functions there is a long delay to both answer and end calls on headphones. While the new colors are neat save your money not worth the expense. This is the first negative review I have given on any Bose product we have been purchasing there items for decades and first bad experience with a brand new product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about 2 months ago, and I just had my first opportunity to use them on a long flight. I thought they were great. Definitely made the 9-hr flight much more comfortable and helped with the noise that tends to contribute to my headaches. I would recommend these to frequent travelers as a must.

Good headphones but a couple things keep them from being great. No touch controls to skip tracks, for example, sucks when I'm working out. And my wife has a pair of lesser Bose cans that have three NC modes, not just "quiet" and aware. Also, the EQ leaves a little bit to be desired in terms of being able to customize sound. Last, these sometimes have a connection issue where ill hear a small popping sound as if theres interference or thyre tryi g to stay connected. An annoyance but hadnt eisen to the point im ready to demand a refund/replacement. All in all good, comfortable headphones with solid sound and build quality.
