I think this headset is ok! My issue is I only use it for the gym and I’m in the gym max 2 hours. I’ll turn it off and turn it on and the battery is down by 10% each time. The battery does not last. The sound is great but unfortunately I will be returning this headset because of the battery.

I got these cause I always been a Bose fan I tried the Beats Studio pros returned them so fast was unhappy got these after reviews That these had better bass then the ultra quiet comfort sooooo happy with my purchase so comfortable and love the eq settings are adjustable BOSE has me for life!!

You must buy these! They are so incredibly comfortable, I can wear them for hours without issue. I love the difference between the active and quiet modes. I’ve been using AirPods for years but wanted to try noise cancelling headphones for when I listen to audiobooks or just need some “quiet” after a busy day with the kids. These are game changer and the chilled lilac color is beautiful.

While I do love the headphones, I use them for listening to music. I did not realize, prior to purchasing, that they don't have control buttons that allow for skipping songs or repeating songs in my playlist. I also don't like that for some reason they don't remember all my devices (I have 3 devices), so that I'm always having to reconnect as I change devices, which is just kind of a pain. They should also work without having to use the Bose app - they should simply connect on their own via bluetooth. The sound quality is great and they are comfortable to wear. Hopefully future models will be upgraded. They are pricey, and as such, should be built with all these things.

I bought these headphones to replace my old Wired QuietComfort headphones that I have had for over 20 years. My old headphones finally had the plastic break where the earpiece attaches to the headband on one side. I am sure that this was just from age. I have several earbuds from other manufacturers and almost did not buy the Bose wireless Quiet Comfort Headphones because I already had some really good earbuds. Then I thought the QuietComfort Headphones would be nice because of the excellent comfort and noise cancelling feature of my old ones. As soon as I put them on, I was blown away by not only the comfort, but the sound quality! WOW! I heard things in my music that I had not heard before. The sound quality and comfort are excellent. It is just hard to beat that Bose sound! I am a bass guitar player and the Bose headphones bring out the bass in music, but it is not overpowering bass. It is just right and the details of the music are spectacular! It was a smart purchase. I am glad I decided to buy the new ones to replace the old ones that I loved so much. I highly recommend the Bose QuietComfort Headphones!
