I've had multiple brands of headphones over the years (Beats, Marshall). In terms of sound quality, Bose are the best. The only negative aspect is: when you have these around your neck while not in use, if you do not either switch off power or switch from aware mode to quiet mode... you get a lot of high pitch feedback. Not the end of the world, minor point. Support issue: I wanted to add the insurance coverage after receiving the headphones. I had also purchased the QuietComfort earbuds and wanted to add coverage for both products. I was told you can only add coverage during the initial purchase at checkout. The solution was to return the products and repurchase including insurance. This is inconvenient, so I did not bother. A better solution would be to give the owner up to 60 days to add coverage, like Apple does. 30 days, 14 days, 7 days.... any grace period is better than nothing.

Love these head phone. I got these for my boyfriend but I have the green pair. They the best noise canceling headphones I've used. They don't whistle when you lie down or move your head in different directions. I have an older version of these that did that. The colors are also beautiful.

The quality of these new “noise canceling headphones “ are not worth the money even on sale. Purchased to replace older quiet comfort headphones and was a waste of money. They do not cancel complete background noise like previous models. As well as a see and end functions there is a long delay to both answer and end calls on headphones. While the new colors are neat save your money not worth the expense. This is the first negative review I have given on any Bose product we have been purchasing there items for decades and first bad experience with a brand new product.

After using the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds for about a month, I can confidently say they live up to the hype. Everyone on the other end says I come through clearly, even in less-than-ideal environments. Battery life has matched the advertised specs, which is refreshing. I get through full days of use without scrambling for a charge. Overall, Bose delivers a premium experience that feels worth the investment. If you're after top-tier noise cancellation, easy connectivity, and reliable performance, these are hard to beat.

Wanted this for cutting the grass on my zero turn tractor. My 700 disappeared, so I thought I would give these a try. They were terrible! I couldn't believe the amount of noise it didn't reduce. The 700 was 1000 times better. Sending these back,j hoping my 700 show up or the Sony NC headphones work, which I just ordered

These are the most comfortable over the ear headphones I have ever had. The sound is top quality that I have come to expect from Bose products. These are yet another example of how Bose sets the standard for quality that others can only hope to achieve. I love how seamless these headphones are to set up and adjust during use. The wide array of available colors provides the user multiple options to fit any lifestyle or preference. Well done as usual. Keep up the great work.

Another Bose product to my collection and I only wish I bought these sooner. These are my first pair of headphones after many years of in-ear devices. Like any Bose product when you turn it on it tells you battery life and where it's connecting to - Love this feature, please keep it. Further I'm very pleased with physical buttons for controls on the headphones - exactly the amount you need and nothing more. They're all easy straight-forward buttons. Only complaint is in the wind you hear it loudly whistling/rustling into the headphones for some reason, on both quiet and aware modes. Oh well, doesn't bother me much. Sound quality is superior as always with Bose. If you really love music you need to treat yourself to high quality headphones.

I LOVE these headphones. They are so comfortable on my ears. I work from home and so need comfortable headphones and these are perfect. I also wear them for phone conversations just walking around and they are so clear and so comfortable. I would highly recommend. I love the beautiful new colors, too.

I bought the item about 2 weeks ago now and I must say it’s been everything I wanted they have replaced my Sony xm4s and what can I say??? Better quality better comfort and most importantly better price to performance ratio love these things only issue is that the app has software bugs that can effect the headphones like a little crackle when switching apps but that’s the apps problem not these bad boys

I tried SO many other headphones and finally decided to buy the best. Once it went on sale, I grabbed it. I love these headphones. They cancel out all of the noise and I can even lay down with them on very comfortably. Thank you for your fine product. You can never go wrong with Bose.
