Audio connection is unstable. Crackles and cuts out all the time

I have had some issues with the product but the services and warranty has been very helpful

This was my son's Christmas gift, and he is fully enjoying it.

Sound is great, stellar actually. But suddenly people can't hear me on calls.

Not my first Bose product. Always impressed with their sound.

Very comfortable and well-built, I only wish it supported hi-res codecs.

Mic is so bad. Everytime I had to reset them to use it.
