My Bose headphones have been fantastic. The sound is clear and balanced, and the noise‑cancellation makes a huge difference when I want to focus. They’re lightweight, comfortable for long wear, and the battery lasts a long time. Overall, they feel high‑quality and reliable — exactly what I hoped for.

Bought for my wife because she always liked mine, which she bought for me many years ago. She tried them Christmas Day and was disappointed. The noise cancellation doesn't work like it does on the original. Sorry! I know you've heard this a lot but it's true. We both tried side by side and it's a large difference. It's like the new one doesn't work at all.

I received the Bose headphones. The sound is clear . I thought it would give a bigger bang for the bucks. The volume doesn’t reach the heights I’m hoping for. It’s connected to a I 15 plus phone. Also I’ve lost the connection a few times and it is difficult to reconnect When I open the Bose app, it only shows me to connect which could take some time. Not enough volume, and the app isn’t showing me the equalizer anymore. It’s comfortable and light weight Its just ok Sorry all

The quality is great but the leakage is so loud. If you’re in a quiet space, someone across the room could definitely hear what you are listening to at 50% volume. It isn’t too bad on the plane or when you’re out and about, but I purposely avoid using these at the library while I’m studying because the leakage is so bad. Everything else about the headphones are great. They’re very comfortable! The controls are great and easy to use, and the noise cancellation is excellent, but I do not suggest them if you’re concerned about others hearing what you’re listening to.

I spent days researching which headphones have great or at least decent noise cancelation and works with androids. I saw that a lot of headphones work better with Apple but not Androids, which was my main worry; this headphone had a lot of positive reviews from other Samsung users. But they did not meet my expectations. I downloaded the app and set everything up (modes. devices, etc.) on there, and yet even with noise cancelation on the highest level, I hear pretty much everything; the outside noise is muffled at best. And even though I don't use it for prolonged periods (no more than 2 hours at a time), it gets uncomfortable. I got these around 2 months ago and yet it keeps having these random static noises and the sound randomly stops--- I have to turn off the headphones and connect again for the sound to come back. On the positive.... - The music quality is really good. And the adjustments on the app makes it even more enjoyable. - I also only charge these like once a week but they rarely get below 70% charge. - The color is pretty and has a clean look. - No leaks---unless you have them off and the sound is on blast.

Pretty good. Sometimes the button that does the mode selection sticks, cycling through the modes for a couple seconds. Also, you can hear your voice when in a call. Overall, they are comfortable and sound quality is good. I wish I could control the intensity of the ambient sound in aware mode.

One of my favorite purchases ever. I had gone through 3 pages of cheap headphones and when I decided, despite my extremely limited budget, to get these as they were significantly on sale, I couldn't believe the difference. I could not only hear each instrument and voice without losing any of them, but heard lots of subtle touches of sound that simply didn't register on anything else, even a good pair of earbuds I was able to buy with a gift card. None of those stay in my ears. A bonus is that these are the first headphones that adjust small enough to stay on my head without being held in place with a headband.

I bought my Bose QuietComfort headphones 45 3 months ago. I love them so much I bought a second set a month later for my wife and she absolutely loves them a well. I have been a Bose product fan for years. I have a few Bose bluetooth speakers, ear buds and headphones. I have tried other bluetooth products and none of them compares to the high quality of Bose.

I bought two sets of headphones. I could not figure out how to set them up to utilize the noise cancellation feature, the feature I wanted to use. So I sent a set to each of my daughters and I believe they will be able to put the headphones to good use

Love the earphones, don't like the fact the instructions don't explain or show in the pictures the features of the item. Had no idea how to turn them on, still don't know where the volume is, and God forbid trying to refold them to put back in their zippered container.
