i ordered two bags and only one bag was delivered in a box that looked like it was made by a first grader. the box was too small and the bag of chips was crammed inside. the box was poorly taped (by the same first grader?) and was partially open. the rating given is for the chips not the packaging.

When I order groceries or my wife, I expect everything that I order to be there just recently on this order. I am missing 2 gallons of sunny, delight, orange juice not too long ago. I was missing a little bundle of bananas and that was the last time.

I ordered two bags of Ruffles potato chip. One bag was fine the other one was smashed. Nothing but a lot of busted up chips. Makes it hard to eat them with dip. I have ordered chips before without a problem but the always had the air pillows in the box which kept them secure. This time there was nothing but the chip bags.

Bag was open. It looked like the bag was pushed down to fit box which resulted in the bag popping. Unfortunately it could not be returned. Now i am stuck with two bags of stale chips. They were dumped out in the bottom of the box. I ordered two bags, they were shipped in two separate boxes Both arrived opened and dumped out in the boxes. Where is quality control.

Ruffles are my secret craving. I love the crunch and taste and the ridges are great for grabbing dip. If left unattended, I would probably rationalize the big bag to be the "single serving size". I have to put them away after serving myself or I will eat way too many. Yum!

OH I just gotta have my RUFFLES - just absolutely love these chips. I deserve Frequent Buyer Awards for the amount of money I spend on Ruffles- they are worth it. Being a senior citizen- just hearing that chip crunch in my mouth is the "Highlight Of My Day" Oh my - soo yummy!!!
