These chips are very good!! The packing to ship was horrible. Both bags were just thrown in a box and shipped. The bags of chips had both exploded and the shipping box was full of chips. Sams is going to send replacements but unless they pack them better, I'm sure this will happen again. 5 stars for the product-packing and shipping 0 stars!!!

This review is not about the chips but about the handling. The bag looked ok but when opened was mostly crumbs. There were hardly any unbroken chips or any large enough to dip. Since I have gotten these chips elsewhere and understand some will be broken during shipping and getting put on a shelf but this bag appears to have been dropped and stepped on (more than once) or run over with a forklift.

I ordered two bags of Ruffles online to be delivered. Only one bag arrived, and I had to spend time getting the other bag shipped through the chat service. Sams made it right, but I was disappointed that I had to spend my time on this. The box label said it came from Pepsi, so Sams must be using the manufacturer to ship directly. I'm better off buying product in person I think.

Left with no choice but to order Ruffles via shipping and only available if two are ordered. They arrived with the Ruffles every chip smashed, broken and crumbs. It would be nice if these were made available back in-store again or box properly packed.

Bought two bags. Each bag was shipped separately in a box. Both bags were opened and spilled out. One was opened at the top and the other at the bottom. It looked like the bag was not sealed. I can see this happening to one bag, but both?? Now I have two open bags of chips that are stale or will be.

When delivered the bag was what looks like burst open oil stains all over the box.
