Anyone else notice the chip bags are now smaller, (less volume)  but still the same price?

Unsure if it's just the batch I purchased from, but the 2 out of 3 bags I bought and opened made my bag split open from where the seal was supposed to be glued all the way down the back of the bag. What a surprise it was the first time my child opened it and practically half the bag fell out. Tried again for the 2nd one when we were done with whatever we had left of the 1st bag, and it did the same thing. My 3rd bag looks as if it will do the same. 

Opened bag is bag 2 and closed bag is bag 3.

Improper bag seal

The large package makes a good thing even better. We had a large gathering at our home. This package was perfect because we had a lot of dips. This saved us a lot of money because we did not have to buy a bunch of smaller bags of chips.  I don't have to say anything about Ruffles - you know they are delicious!!!
