Meh

They definitely do the job but they don't last for long and make my teeth sore if I use them too much. I also notice the light does not do anything.

Crests whitening strips are defined worth the buy! They're super easy to use and I almost immediately saw a change in my teeth color!

Works well

They work well but make my teeth very sensitive to hot and cold for a few hours after use. I would recommend a light tooth brushing after.

What I think of 3D strips ....

I liked how the cleaned my smile bright. I did not enjoy having to replace em every night. Nñ No No I would not recommend these to anyone.
