We can assure you that our Whitestrips have been thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed, and the whitening ingredient peroxide - the same enamel safe whitening ingredient dentists use for tooth whitening - is at a level that is in line with regulations. However, some users may be more prone to sensitivity than others, and there are steps you can take to reduce/eliminate this sensitivity. We suggest not brushing too hard, or more than twice a day during treatment, and to consider a softer toothbrush in place of a medium or hard bristled brush. We hope this is helpful.
