You deserve to shine a radiant smile, so we're sorry that you didn't get the whitening results you were expecting, Audrey! We have products for both intrinsic and extrinsic stains. Our Radiant Mint toothpaste works by removing those surface/extrinsic stains, but isn't able to reach those intrinsic stains. We think you may find more success with our Whitestrips and Whitening Emulsions since they can reach those intrinsic stains. We're glad you love your whiter smile, and would like to share some tips that can help with the sensitivity that you've mentioned. As with any whitening product that contains peroxide, temporary sensitivity may develop. Please know that Whitestrips are very safe when used as directed, and a few changes steps can be followed to help prevent sensitivity. First, while using Whitestrips don't brush more than 2X daily, and brush gently using a soft bristled brush and mild toothpaste. Another tip is to use the strips over a longer period of time by waiting a day between applications, or alternating between using an upper and lower strip. Although whitening may take longer, you'll still have the same overall whitening effect. However, if you still experience significant irritation, we recommend you stop use.
