The price was lowered which helped me out a lot. I need to drink 5 to 7 packets daily because of dehydration. LIQUID IV is great tasting and very effective too keep hydrated.

I do not like the flavor at all. I sampled the peach flavor in the store. I didn’t like it. The lemon-lime was available. I like those flavors so I got it. That was a mistake.

Lemon Lime was so tasty and it works. I mix it in bottle of COLD water and drink it fast. I drink it when I’m umpiring or have been coaching in the heat. I accidentally let it get warm and it wasn’t as tasty.
