I know two people who got kidney stones shortly after drinking these frequently. It's tempting to drink these a lot in the summer, but beware of that possibility, especially if people in your family have had them. I certainly won't be buying these anymore. If you do drink these, add some lemon juice to it. Lemon supposedly can help with prevention.
