This is my second unit as it was replaced under warranty. Westinghouse support was excellent, as for the generator I will have to get back to you.

Very quiet and smooth running. Easy to get set up. Provides all the power I need plus some with a 15000 BTU AC on my RV.

I bought this to power our 27' travel trailer. It powered the AC in the trailer, lights and radio with no problem at all.

So we just recently purchased and so far it is doing great. Everything is working as it should, no issues. Love the bluetooth feature!

Right out of the box, the generator started and ran perfect. It is more quiet than we thought it would be. Thanks for a great product.

Bought with all the power outages and it has worked great. Only bummer thing that I didn't realize is you can't run 220.

We purchased the unit for remote camping and it met all our needs. The electric remote start was perfect.

Just purchased this and really like the way it is set up. Haven't had a chance to really try it out but looking forward to it.

A little on the heavy side, but quite and powerful! Seriously the remote start is the best feature of this product.

Package and handling may have caused the electric choke wire be disconnected! The unit would not start!
