After being on back order for much of the summer 2020, as soon as we received the email that it was again available, we ordered immediately. It was on our doorstep 2 business days later. Unpacked easy, simple start up instructions, and started on first push. Been running a couple of hours to break it in, drawing various items. All's looking good. Bought for use with our toy hauler RV w/ 15k AC, and also as home backup (have 7 fridges/freezers).

All the features are nice. However I've had issues with the choke and the wiring not being connected. Maintenance is difficult as the access panels are far too small. Changing oil is difficult. Used for ice fishing and didn't have any issues with run time or having enough power to run the fish house.

I bought this Generator to replace my Yamaha 4500 which is an awesome generator, but it weighs over 200 lbs and its getting harder and harder to move around every year. I use the generator for my RV which has 2 AC units and a microwave. Although it's advertised that it will run two AC units, I don't think it likes it. My Yamaha didn't like it either. This generator is extremely quiet, the quietest generator I have ever heard of this size. I love the remote start, Yamaha also had the remote start, a must for cold weather camping. I am excited to give this thing a full test on our upcoming family camp. So far I am loving this new generator and so is my back.
