No damage in shipping & was exactly as described. Quiet running & the remote start is a slick feature. Duel fuel ready out of the box was the selling point for me.. I prefer to run propane. Plenty of power for my needs. Great product!

Price was right on this generator. It is an inverter generator with a large fuel tank, longer run time, and a lot quieter than any other generator of this size. Very well put together and looks good.

I am a female and I can manuever this generator quite easy. The remote start is a plus and the way that it functions is a plus as well. This is my mobile office and it runs on westinghouse!

I bought the iGEN4500c. Haven't had a chance to try it yet. Need to buy fresh gas for it. Looked great when I unpacked it. Hopefully it will stand up to its name. Looking forward to using it for camping mainly and power outages.

I bought this about 2 months ago. This thing plays with my electrical in my rv. Love the eco feature and the remote, would hate to have a generator without one.
