Bought this online and it arrived yesterday. Charged the battery, oiled the crankcase, filled the tank and it fired right up. Bought the magnetic dipstick and am looking forward to using it and the peace of mind it brings when the grid goes down.

We have only been able to test out the new generator but it was easy to start and when connected to our travel trailer it had no issues running the A/C and refrigerator.

This generator is an exceptional bargain. My electrician is jealous (he has another brand and after seeing this one he likes it better). We live in an area where power loss occurs often, so having a generator like this one is often a lifesaver.

This generator has everything I was looking for. Runs very quiet and starts so easy. Enough power to take care of all our necessary appliances during a hurricane.

Nice and quiet. Easy to set up. Battery was loose, but that was an easy fix. Battery was charged. Oil fill and drain could be easier. A little heavy but it is a 4500.

We bought this after another type failed during a power outage. New is more powerful & expensive, but it's all set up & ready to go for our next ‘dark day'!

Just got this today. Nicely packaged. Very good instructions. Added oil and gas and it started right up. Runs quiet. Pull handle makes moving it easy.
