We purchased this generator to use on our new 4 Season Toy Hauler!! Very impressed with low noise level and the power it kicks out! It is pretty lightweight, considering and easy to move around. We are just absolutely impressed with the product overall! We have been bragging about it since we purchased it!

Very happy with it right out of the box. Product is solid, well built and ships with everything you need. I put Mobil 1 oil in instead of the oil it comes with and put in a NGK spark pug before starting it. It started immediately and ran like a charm. Hooked it to my travel trailer and ran it for about an hour with the AC and tv running. It purred like a kitten smooth and quiet.

Pros: very pleasing color, compact and quiet. not too heavy. loved the wheels with retractable handle. and the front panel. Cons: no oil gauge. this could prevent spills. at least the initial oil provided should not have caused a spill. An index in the user manual would be nice as well.

I purchased the generator to use camping. The generator appears well made. It arrived promptly with no damage in shipping. The packing protected the item very effectively. It started and picked up a load without any issues. The owner's manual was well done and informative. The generator height was 1 inch to tall to fit under the closed bed cover of my pick up truck ;(.

I just received my generator very well packaged. It was easy to remove from box, has all the tools, oil and accessories. The pull out extendible arm and wheels makes it easy to roll and I am a 125lb woman! Plan this weekend will start it all by myself....

I bought this unit in April and just got a chance to open it to see how it worked. I was a little disappointed when it would not start. Customer service was helpful and sent a technical bulletin to show me how to get it running. They have a plug that comes undone during shipping. After watching youtube videos I found this is a common problem. I would recommend they put a lockable plug instead of one that will come off during shipping. I was able to fix it but when it is brand new I should not have to take it apart to get it running. other than that so far it seems to work well with the problem fixed.

Got this generator as a Christmas present from my wife. After looking at several different brands and models, I told her that this is one is my preference. It was easy to set up and started on the very first push of the starter button. Have yet to put it under full load, but the items that I powered with it posed no problem. If I had complain about something, it would be the rubber strap that holds the battery. Never could get it to stay properly, but have substituted a velcro strap that works perfectly. Great product!

What’s not to like about this generator, light enough to lift myself and easy as rolling a suitcase to move around. Right out of the box I followed the simple instructions, added oil that was included, connected the battery terminal, added gas and turned on the fuel valve. I flipped on the power switch and pressed the button and it started right up. After following the breaking instructions I used this generator for six hours straight without a hitch. With this handy backup my problems are solved and I can use it around the ranch for a number of odd jobs. The remote start is an amazing feature as well. Update: I’ve now used this generator several times and it is a pleasure to use, easily handles a full 30amp load in my living quarters horse trailer. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this for emergency home back up use. This generator is surprisingly quiet (for a generator). I really like that it provides details on fuel level and time remaining as well as wattage and run time. I wish that it was easier to fill and drain the oil but that's really the only quibble that I can think of. Overall, it seems to be a great generator and great value.

Only had this a couple weeks but extremely satisfied with quick delivery as ease of setup. Instructions do say to add entire bottle of oil that is included with the generator. Although I found if you add entire bottle it will slightly overfill it. Runs great and extremely quiet.
