I have the iGen4500 it's very quiet, starts great, it was 18 below yesterday and no problem. The remote works great starts and stops with it, not like other brands I have had that won't start with the remote. The run time is also great.

Added oil that was supplied and put fuel in tank. Hooked up battery. It started up right away and is fairy quiet. Going to do 5 hour break in then change oil. Looking forward to using it for are RV. The remote start is great.

Purchased this generator and it came in great shape. Filled the oil and put some fuel in it. Started right up. No issues. Very quiet. Can't wait for my first camping trip with this unit.

Had it for 2 weeks ran 2 heat and load cycles so far and multiple oil changes. No choke issues. And starts right up. Changed out plug right away for an ngk equivalent

I just bought this generator only have a couple hours on it but so far so good got it for my R.V. it will run my 13500 btu air conditioner and microwave at the same time impressive

Only complaint was electric choke wires were not connected. Appears to be a common problem from factory. Hope it stays connected as they are a pain to get to. Once connected worked great.

Purchase this in the middle of the pandemic for obvious reasons and has already paid itself off. We've experienced multiple power outages due to mother nature and random black outs and the iGen4500 was the MVP of 2020!

I bought this based on good reviews, however a number of reviewer mentioned a problem with restarting the generator after it had been running for awhile. I had this problem also, and had to keep trying until it started again.

We bought this to run some fun activities at a golf tournament. Not only is the unit super quiet (as not to disturb the golfers) but we didn't blow any breakers on it in spite of us testing it to its limits

Got it yesterday, filled all fluids up and it started right up. Very quiet compared to my old unit. Looking forward to using it next weekend. Would recommend.
