Bought this a month ago, had to use it this week when our electricity was knocked out for no apparent reason for 12 hours. everything worked exactly as needed

We bought this generator for our RV for camping at Motocross tracks. This generator is very easy to use and is very quiet. The quality also seems very good compared to others. Overall it is a great generator and we are happy with our purchase.

I'm at 7000' for the summer and Westinghouse Customer Service was happy to direct me to a high altitude kit to make my unit run better. Hasn't arrive yet, but I have faith in their team after talking to them. Kind, friendly and reassuring.

Started right up. All start options worked quickly and effortlessly. So quiet. I think quieter than my Yamaha 3000seb. Remote is great option. Probably will get a second one for 50 amp capability.

Easy setup after adding oil/gas/connecting the battery. Automatic start worked first try. I did not have any of the choke issues. Break in oil looked spotless after 2 hours.

I JUST BOUGHT the IGen 4500 and I am impressed with the service I received so far. The price was good. I hope to enjoy many hours and years of service from this machine.

I got this power generator because it has lots of practical outlets and has dual start feature. I haven't started it up yet, but it seems really heavy duty.

Very nice generator, the igen 4500 started on the second pull. The battery and remote start worked flawlessly. In this size of a generator, this is one of the quietest ones I have owned.

Nice and quiet. Easy to set up. Battery was loose, but that was an easy fix. Battery was charged. Oil fill and drain could be easier. A little heavy but it is a 4500.

Great generator had it fired up within 10 minutes out of the box. Super quiet and loved the display and fuel gauge. Overall super happy with my purchase
