Just received 3 days ago, removed from box and looks new and all as expected. Added oil and fuel and fired right up. So far have ran about 1.5 Hrs towards breaking and all is well.

A great generator. My family has 3 of them. Only rated 4 star since it was shipped without a battery access cover. I will be contacting Westinghouse to see if I can get one. Would be 5 it it came with it.
