Love this unit, only thing I've found is the auto display will not scroll. Waiting on reply from technician. It is the 4th of July so should hear back soon.

I'm at 7000' for the summer and Westinghouse Customer Service was happy to direct me to a high altitude kit to make my unit run better. Hasn't arrive yet, but I have faith in their team after talking to them. Kind, friendly and reassuring.

Purchase the iGEN 4500 for our travel trailer it supplies enough wattage to power ac, microwave and entertainment devices without fear of running at max capacity. The generator reasonably quiet for it size. Very happy with our purchase.

It took less than 20 minutes from opening the box to running my RV on the 30amp plug. It is so much quieter than the older (smaller) unit I replaced, and the larger fuel tank keeps my AC running all night long.

I have had this unit for three days and it has only started one time since I bought it. It has a full tank of fuel and oil but just keeps turning over and will not fire.

I was looking for a generator that was quiet and that would work for our 5th wheel. This is perfect! Very very happy with this product and how much quieter it is than other generators.

Just got this today. Nicely packaged. Very good instructions. Added oil and gas and it started right up. Runs quiet. Pull handle makes moving it easy.

The overall design is easy to use and operate. Very user friendly. Access to compartments for service thus far appears to be simple. Easy to move around despite the weight.
