Bought this month so far only issue is the batter tether came in pieces and sent an email saying this and haven’t heard back from them. Otherwise so far so good.

Unit has proven reliable after two uses. Exceptionally quiet, well built and convenient instrumentation. Would highly recommend for everyday use, especially for RV/Trailer use.

We have a Honda Handi 3000 and this as quiet as it. Lots cheaper to buy. Honda $2000 this one $949. This one also has electric and remote start. Honda does not.

I bought this for my RV because it had the remote start. It's very quite, light weight. Like the retractable handle for moving around. It runs everything I need to have power in the RV. Great value for what you get.
