Couldn't be more excited and happy with my purchase! Great product and quiet as can be! Remote works quite aways away from the unit which is super helpful when you have kids and don't want to leave the fire every time they want to make a snack or use the TV in the trailer!

Just finished our first boondocking camp trip with our tent trailer. Worked great to recharge the house batteries and run string lights throughout our camp. Fired right up with all three starting options. Is quieter than open frame generator but wish it was still quieter like the "red one's." This is my first generator and it is likely way overkill for my camping needs but figure we can grow into it and great for house back up.

I opened it up and it looks great!! Fired it up and it is so quiet I can have a normal conversation standing next to it. Used a circular saw and the bolts didn't move nor fit it really get any louder. I then took a few steps away and couldn't even hear it. Went inside and it was silent inside. Awesome generator so far! I was looking for quiet for camping and I didn't go wrong. This thing is quieter that a Honda at 4x the cost of this.

I am getting ready to head off into the sunset with my 5th wheel as part of my retirement. I did a lot of research on inverter generators for my 5th wheel and this product fit the bill in terms of the features (e.g., quiet, power to run AC, remote start, reputation, etc.) and cost. Some of the other competitors I evaluated like Cummins, Champion and Honda were comparable, but not in terms of cost and power provided.

I was looking to purchase a moderately priced generator and I found this gem it's perfect for my travel trailer. I really liked the direct TT 30 hook up.And is very light and easy to move around. Everything you need to start this gen.comes in the box EXCEPT the gas. EASY AS YOU CAN GET. I would recommend to anyone in need of a GREAT gen. .

I purchased this after doing a lot of research and I'm sure I picked the right one. It has plenty of power for my needs, remote start, dual fuel capability and is easily moved with the handle and wheels. It's also much quieter than I expected. I Highly Recommend!

I got my generator today, unpacked it and charged the battery a couple of hours, put gas and oil in it, pushed the button and it started right up. Bought this to run my travel trailer, I'm going to love the key fob, no more going outside to turn off and on. Well done Westinghouse!!!

I purchased this generator for my new truck camper. I have owned several generators in my life but this one is by far the quietest and most economical to operate. It is small but powerful and only weighs 100 LBs so it easy to move around with the telescopic handle and wheels. If your needs equeal 4500 peak watts this is the geenerator for you.

I bought this about 6 months ago after a week long power outage at my house. I haven't had to use it for any length of time yet. But I have ran it like ther manual says to probably have around two hours on it. I've done a load test for my "emergency appliances" it is more than enough to power it. Once it runs it runs well. So out of the box I had done questions. The fuel nob was not attached. Most of the screws looked like they had stripped damage. That was weird. So the first few times I tried to start it it took a solid 30 minutes to get it to start. So I started researching and found people have had issues with the electric choke for a 'cold start' . Once it's warm no issues. I was told you can remove the side panel and manual move the choke and it starts no problem. That's a little irritating to me because the push button and remote start where kind of a selling point for me. Such as if I wasn't home my wife could wheel it out press a button on the key fob and have power. But now added in that I would have to walk her through opening up a side panel and explaining where the choke is doesn't excite me. It would be nice if they added a push button or lever that was a "cold start" choke that just did that simple action without having to open it up. Other people mentioned upgrading the spark plug helped then out quite a bit... that said. I've had a difficult time finding alternative spark plugs according to their chart. I'm not sure if the spark plug they mentioned are obsolete or not common to the area I'm in. Everyone I've talked to say NGK spark plugs are the way to go, so if they could at least add a reference to which one would be appropriate that would be nice. I would recommend this to someone with an RV who is going to start it and run it for a while frequently. But not really for someone using it as a backup for their house.

I cannot say enough good things about our new purchase. We looked for a few weeks, reading reviews and eventually decided on this one - and we couldn't be happier! It is quiet, efficient, and started on the first pull. We will be using it to provide power for outdoor concerts with our band, for camping, power equipment outdoors, and emergency power during outages.
