I purchased two of these as back-up generators (along with the parallel connecting cable) for our home. They run quietly and reliably. The only drawback is the weight. At over 100 lbs each, they are not easy to lift into a vehicle. The wheels and extendable handle do make moving them fairly easy on paved areas, as do the carrying handles on top. Just get help if you are going to lift them.

After considerable research, this Westinghouse product is EXACTLY what I have been searching for. After receiving it and using it, it has far exceeded my expectations. Truly an incredible piece of equipment for a very reasonable price. I could not be happier!!

I bought this almost a year ago to use on my food truck. It runs amazing and is pretty quiet. We power two freezers, a refrigerator, water heater, A/C, lights, and a few other small things. It's never failed us! The handy remote start stopped working but it isn't really needed since it has electric start anyway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I've had my eye on this generator for quite some time. My current Powerhorse generator finally gave up so I ordered this Westinghouse iGen 4500. After adding oil and a splash of gas, it fired up within seconds. The remote start works great. I'm looking forward to my first weekend outing on our home made houseboat to see how this really performs.

After researching multiple generators I found this Westinghouse 4500 and reluctantly made my purchase but I must say that the item certainly was easy to set up, maneuver, operate, start, stop and is easy on the ears when operating. So far I have successfully used it twice for short periods and am looking forward to more use in the near future.

I have several other Westinghouse Power Stations ie. iGen600 and iGen300. The iGen4500 was a great addition. I especially like how quiet this generator is. And, in addition I like the fact you can monitor the Kw load on the Generator in real time. This helps prevent overloading the generator. Bottom-line, this is a great product!

This generator is super quiet. I was not expecting a 4500 to be as quiet as my previous 2000 from another manufacturer but it is. Remote start and push button start are great features as well. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely purchase again!

Very quiet Inverter Generator, plenty of power with a 4500 peak watts and 3700 running watts with a 30 AMP NEMA TT-30R that easily runs the essentials in my Home for power outage without problems. Very convenient to have dual fuels and a remote start, so I can be able to start my Generator without having to go out under the rain.

I have 8 hours running time on it so far and I love it! The igen4500 is relatively quiet for it's size. I love the fact that it has 3 different ways to start it and especially love the remote start. I look forward to our next camping trip to use it. As like everything else this unit does have some bad reviews but give Westinghouse a chance to make your problems right. The good reviews far out weigh the bad.

Originally i was very happy to have purchased this generator. Literally everything that i want on a generator for a killer price. I happened to be one that got one of the duds as i cant get it to start on its own without taking the cover off and manually adjusting the choke. not sure if there is yet a fix for this but i hope to find out soon.
