my unitis only four to five months old I have never used it I put oil in it and gas two weeks ago and it will not start I called them and they tell me I have to pay for it I'm confused I thought this had a warranty

Love the remote start/shutdown feature. Unfortunately did not work at first. Found a disconnected electrical connector, probably due to shipping. Reconnected and unit works fine.

I just received and will use for my 24' North Trail travel trailer. From my research, best value for low noise inverter generator. Am just now getting set up.

Just purchased a short time ago but am already impressed with how quiet this unit is. Love the remote start. Will be great for RVing which we do quite often.

I bought the iGen4500 6 months ago. While I have not gotten to run my RV with it yet, I have run a few things outside with it and started it regularly without issue. I look forward to several years of use from it.

This generator has all the power I need to run everything in my camper at once. The remote start is nice but the battery switch has to be set to ON if you want to use it. I don't know if leaving the lighted switch on will drain the battery.

I bought this unit to give power to my shed when I needed it. I wanted something that would not be loud as the shed is close enough to my neighbors property and I didn't want to disturb them. This is going to work out great.

We do a lot of dry camping so we rely on our generator. This is a power horse and we are so glad we found it. It is quiet as they advertise and dependable to keep our batteries that need charging and a good source of power to run our camper.

Very easy to set up and started up right away. Did the 5 hour break-in and it ran great. Runs the AC unit on my camper with ease. Looking forward to taking it camping.

Just received our new Westinghouse generator and was very pleasantly surprised with how easily it was made to prepare to start working. Just connected the battery and added oil and gas. It started right away, Great!!!
