I needed to open the side and front panel to reconnect the wire harness for the automatic choke, but it was an easy and immediate fix. I have used the generator several times with my travel trailer. The remote start is great, and the generator runs appliances and the a/c with ease. It is also extremely quiet. I have camped near several other generator brands and the iGen4500 is by far the most quiet.

Purchased the IGen4500 because of all the features - auto start, dual fuel, remote start. Have not used the propane to run it as of yet, but it runs great on gasoline. Starts very easy with the push button start. Only issue I am having is with the remote start. Does not work. Every once in a while it will shut off the with the remote, but will hardly start it.

I just bought & received this generator and am very satisfied. It is very quiet and starts easily. Seems to be very efficient with fuel usage as well. I would definetly buy another Westinghouse generator in the future & will recommend to friends & family.

I just received my 2nd unit…my 1st unit was plagued with problems…Westinghouse Service Dept were in constant contact with the issues and attempted to remedy the problems numerous times…once service and the repair shop determined the unit was beyond repair Service was quick to expedite a new unit. I received the new unit within 3 days and recently started the unit with no issues thanks for the heads up service.

Filled with oil and did all prep to get it ready for first start. Turned fuel and power on, pressed the start button, and VUALA! Strated right up. Hooked it up to my Fifth wheel to see if it would run 1 AC and microwave at same time and did it perfectly. Haven't gone camping and used it, but soon...

This unit is nice! Ton of features and relatively quiet. I did run into an issue where there was a small leak in the bottom of the unit (the drainage hose used for keeping the unit in long term storage). Turns out I needed to tighten a screw after disassembling the generator slightly. I'm excited to use this generator with my travel trailer this season.

We bought this generator recently to help power our travel trailer and also to possibly act as a good backup power source for our home. So far in my testing it is very quiet and very easy to use. I know we definitely be getting our use out of it very soon and look forward to how convenient the remote control is and how well it keeps clean power running to our trailer. After careful research, Westinghouse brand was highly recommended. It was important that it not weigh a ton for our particular trailer and that it not be noisy. It only weighs 100 pounds. It sits on a cargo platform at the rear of the trailer. It can easily run our one air conditioner and microwave without any problems! Plus its not that big.

I am really impressed with this generator, and it's why I picked it. It has a lot more features and for the price, I couldn't find anything better. It has one of the biggest fuel tanks so it lasts much longer than the competition. It comes with a remote starter and indicates how much fuel is left. This is my second product from Westinghouse and will go to them if there is a next time!

Generator arrived in perfect shape -- just added oil and we were off and running. Easy to understand manual and the controls are nicely organized. It runs quiet and the electric start is a real plus. Did a lot of research before buying and believe this is the best value compared to comparable generators.
