I recently purchased this generator and it would not run. I had to remove the carburetor and clean it out. There was corrosion in the bowl and the jet was clogged. Maybe my model had been sitting for some time causing the corrosion. It runs now, but still doesn't seem to be smooth and runs a little rough. After getting it running it does seems to be a little louder compared to similar generators. Now its not job site loud and it will suffice, but I was expecting just a little bit quieter.

When I purchased the product it did not come with the item listed in the manual so I called and they were shipped to me. The plastic exterior all cracked and we were sent the pieces but due to the construction it took an experienced mechanically inclined person over 3 hours to replace. We did an oil change at the same time and 1 month later after running it roughly 14 hours it stops running. Just about 1 year to the date of original purchase. This is too much maintenance. Pros are it is very quiet when it ran and used very little gas.

I bought this about a month ago used it to power my camper it handled everything. I turned on the AC and the water heater at the same time It didnt move above 30% The only knock is the digital fuel guage doesnt work but it does run about 12 to 15 hours on a tank with the AC going.

Just pulled the unit out of the box, put everything together, put some fuel in and it fired right up.. no problems at all. I hooked it up to my travel trailer and performs well, this generator has plenty of power and is quiet in comparison to many other generators.

A severe thunderstorm blew through our town and this is the second time that we've had to use the generator. But this time we've had to run on it for several days. Downed power lines and trees, and damaged transformers. It's really economical on fuel, and super quiet. I mounted it on the front of the camper and bolted it to the A-frame deck. I unspooled the camper electric cord and plugged it into the 30amp outlet and was good to go.

Like to research just about any big purchases in my life, and certainly did that with this generator. It seemed to hit all of the marks that I was looking for. Bought a new camper that required a bigger generator and this one hasn't let me down yet. My initial run with this generator was 24 hours a day for five days consecutively. It never hesitated, it started every time after fueling, and so far this thing has lived up to my reviews.

I bought this generator about a month ago for my RV (toy hauler) and it's able to run all the appliances w/o any problems. It does exactly what I want it to do. After filling it to proper level w/ oil - it started right up. Like it's eager to get going on another adventure of camping & playing.

I purchased this generator to provide power for a used Class C RV that had a non-working onboard generator. 4500 watts was plenty to run the air conditioning and the rest of the coach and it's super-quiet. Mounted on a rack on front of the coach, you can barely hear it inside.

I bought this model about 3 weeks ago after comparing with several models of the same power levels. It seemed a good value for the features. I like the remote start feature and that it has a fuel shutoff. There is a battery charging adapter that I wish was allowed to be plugging in continuously and have an indicator light. So far it provides power as needed for my RV with easily covering the AC loads. It has been thought the breakin period as specified in the manual. Reasonably quiet, and no leaks so far. The battery indicator light is not illuminating for some reason. The manual says it should be on when unit is running. But I will call service about that.

I bought this generator just in time for hurricane season and took advantage of tax holiday in the event we will be living in our RV once again. Last Westinghouse generator would not run the A/C, this one will run everything in RV. Remote start much improved feature. Hope to be as satisfied with this one as previous.
