I bought the iGen4500DF, Digitlal Inverter Generator back in January 2022 but did not have a chance to unbox until now(June 2022). I was expecting to allocate couple of hours to get it working. But to my pleasant surprise, All I have to do was put it the oil, connect the battery terminal together and hook up the PROPANE gas line to the generator. First try, press the start button, it fires up and working!! About 15 minutes of work. Noise was slightly lower that what I expected(compare to my next door neighbor's generator). All the features seems to work as advertised! The remote start FOB was great to have!!

I've bought 4 of these units for myself and family members. I love the fact that you get 3700 running watts out of an inverter is pure sine wave clean electricity to protect sensitive electronics. These units are very fuel efficient & quiet. Would recommend anyone to look into these units if you're in the market for a inverter. I also have 2 of the iGen2500 and 2 of the iGen2200

Bought the IGen 4500 just a few days ago. The generator was well packaged and came with all items needed to place it into service. Overall construction is solid and the generator is equipped with a built in handle making it ease to move. The generator is extremely quite compared to my previous model and is rated to run approximately 6 hours long on the same amount of fuel. The generator is equipped with easy to read gage that cycles through the, fuel level, run time, remaining runtime, and power output. Over all I am very please with the purchase.

I recently bought this generator after reviewing multiple other ones and this is my favourite one it has tan with no issues the remote fob worked right out of box unlike others where you have to take it apart to plug in a box and wires. I have used westing house products on a daily basis as a electrician and I was happy to find they produced a generator that fits my camping needs. This generator is quieter then other manufacturers in the same wattage rating

I bought this in March prepping for camping season. Have used it now a half dozen times and it is excellent. Quietest one in the camp ground. It can be heavy to lift in and out of a truck. Telescoping handle works really well to move it around. All in all definitely a great buy.

I purchased this summer but haven't used extensively yet. Packaging was good and set up very easy. The design is good and digital monitors are excellent. Includes 30 amp plug-in which is appreciated. Heavy to lift for an old guy but manageable. Remote works as advertised. Hopeful the inverter will be reliable and durable.

I bought this to use camping and as a backup for my house. I haven't put it through a true test while camping but using around the house its very quite. This was one of the deciding factors for buying. The other was having the running watts more than the 30amp load.

The generator is nice compact and super quiet. The display panel gives the power and the voltage but adding Amps would be a plus. Because the generator surges at startup, the only way to get it to start and run smoothly is to remove the side panel which would not be good in an emergency. The generator needs an access panel for the choke without having to pull the whole side. The remote start is a nice feature but totally pointless. The manual states nothing should be plugged in to the receptacles and the generator should not be under load at start up. If you have to go outside and plug everything in after it is running why even have a remote start. The handle makes it nice to maneuver but it is tucked underneath the generator so an older person has trouble bending over to grasp the handle. It needs to be redesigned to accommodate less agile users. The generator comes with a spark plug wrench, oil and funnel as well as a battery charger. The instruction say or add the entire contents of the oil container but don't because it will overfill the reservoir causing the excess oil to spill out. I really like the concept of this generator and I think with a few modifications it could be a really great unit but In the current running condition I am reluctant it will be fully operational when needed

Now that hurricane season is here, I feel better having a new electric start generator to power a portion of the house. I am impressed how easy it is to start and operate, plus much quieter than the generator that this one is replacing. Won't have to hear the neighbors complain about the noise in the middle of the night.

Just purchased, have not used camping yet. Seems easy to use and runs quiet for the size of generator. I like the remote start. I was a bit surprised the manual says to purchase a "high elevation" carburetor (>5,000Ft). Never seen this recommendation before on lawn mowers or snow blowers. Figured there would have been an adjustment you could do to the factory installed carb.
