The wife and I just bought our first a new Travel Trailer. Graduated from a Tent Trailer. We needed a Generator that would not only meet the power needs of our trailer, but would be allowed within the National Parks. This Generator meets those needs as well as it's 1/3 the price of similar competitive models. I won't mention names but the initials are H and Y.... Right out of the box, I filled the oil, gas and connected the battery, started up on first pull, and the electric stat with remote. I am very please and would recommend Westinghouse's iGen line to all future Campers.

Love this generator so far.Love the ease of startup and estimate of fuel consumption .Remote feature is nice.I am older and cannot pull start equipment anymore.I use during blackouts and camping in a full size camper and power's everything no problems.

I bought this generator yesterday and found the break-in procedure easy to follow and execute. The generator performed great in its 1st 5 hours of break-in loads and use. Love the features especially the ease of mobility. Looking forward to many years of good operation.

I took the iGen 4500 out of the box. Next I put oil and gas in.The generator started right up and runs great. After I let it run a while, I tried it out in my home. The iGen 4500 runs my refrigerator, my furnace, some lights, and most importantly my tv. with no problems.

This generator is great for the deer lease. It's light weight so easy to load/unload. Its quite so you can sleep @ night with it running and doesn't scare the deer off. It has enough power to run one a/c unit on my camper for those early season hunts when its still hot out. Also love the eco mode for the cold season in my camper. I turn it on when I only need to run some lights and a TV or charge cell phones.

I just unboxed and started the generator. Easy to set up. Instructions are clear AND there is an actual manual with words not just pictures. I bought the iGEN5000cv with just pull start. It started on the 3rd pull. Very quiet. Remember to fill the oil and follow the 5 hour break-in period.

Took generator out on its first trip last weekend to Coral Pink Sand Dunes. It was extremely windy & sand was everywhere: on the ground, in the air, in my camper, etc. The generator did well for being constantly bashed with sand. Love the start button, so nice. I know the manual informed me about the high altitude kit, but I had fouled a plug before seeing it haha. The manual also warns to not overfill the gen w/ oil, but it didn't warn me that the kit gave too much oil...so I overfilled it...oops. Anyways, love the convenient features: start button, quiet, wheels. Cons: big & heavy, but I'm barley able to lift it into my truck bed. The suitcase style handle & wheels help handle the weight.

I just bought this less than two weeks ago to use with our Rv Started it up with no problem. Couldn’t believe my ears because of the quietness compared to my generac I have been using. Looking for a quiet generator to boondock, look no further. Used 4 stars because haven’t taken it camping yet and haven’t had enough time to know how well it holds up. And this

Live in Florida and experience power weather related outages a few times a year. Lots of experience with many generators. Purchased this one for the new season. Couldn't be happier. Easy to operate runs relatively quite and plenty of power. Key phob start/stop is also a nice touch. Recommend for anyone needing a powerful affordable power option

When I first opened the box, I observed one of the bolts that were used to hold the plastic sides on were stripped. I unfortunately ignored it. It seemed to run great, I thought it was awesome especially because of how quiet it ran. I also enjoyed that it came with a wireless key fob. Unfortunately, less then 6 months, one of the red lights illuminated and it showed that it was surging. it wouldn't start. It was only used to run a small chest freezer and a few LED lights here and there. its been in the shed ever since.
