This generator was doing very well and was a very quiet one while it lasted. Something happened and it stopped running, could not get it to start back up. I took it to Ludwig Saw & Tool in Waco,Tx. (a registered place to work on Westinghouse generators). Its been setting there for a long time waiting to get worked on. The finally called me today and said the generator was not registered so hopefully that has been completed now. Any help wold be greatly appreciated!

Purchased in February. Finally installed it late last month and have been using it since. Easy to use and works very well. Using lpg with it. Helpful display for power and output. Definitely would buy it again and recommend it. Would be helpful if the other display items worked with lpg. Thank you.

Although I had difficulty with the user manual (there are too many important things printed in sections of the book that are misplaced) and I had difficulty starting the generator at first, I have come to find its a sweet little piece of machinery that is perfect for my needs. Only used it once in 3 years but it powered alot during 3 days without power. TV, refrigerator, a couple of lamps, charged all our phones and more.

I purchased this unit to power my RV Air Conditioner. The setup was a breeze. Everything needed to start is included. After putting the oil (supplied) and adding a gallon of gasoline, this thing started on the first try. Also, I am amazed on how quiet it is, even more on the eco mode. I've owned other generators but feel this one is the best. I strongly recommend this generator. Thank you Westinghouse....

I bought this after the winter storm in Texas.. I was able to get in cracking within 15 minutes.. I did have to charge the battery, for a bit since it wasn't starting with the push button. I ended it up starting it manually and so far it has work.. I have only run it for about 30 minutes, and so far it seems to be generating power.

Only used for a short time but seems to work well. 1 big problem was automatic choke was disconnected during shipping and would not start. Seems to be an easy fix and a constant problem with this unit. I searched online found many others with the same issue. I resolved the issue fairly quickly but not after being very frustrated it wouldn't start. Manufacturer should have this problem resolved.

Bought this generator after considering many other brands. I am very happy with it. I checked the wire connection for the choke to see if it was one of those that were unplugged but mine was ok. I use it at a racetrack where others are also using generators and this one was the most quiet of all these. It ran all day and was good on fuel and gave plenty of power for my needs. Good product.

Bought and worked right out of the box after setup. The second time I tried to use this unit on a camping trip, the automatic choke was not working. I pulled the side panel off and manually adjusted and it started right up. Wish they made the other side panel to reconnect the auto choke easier.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I'm so happy I did. I now have peace of mind knowing that I will be prepared the next a winter storm hits and we are left without electricity for a week. From the other reviews that I've seen, I should be well prepared.

I did extensive research on several similar sized units. I wanted one that was quiet. The display, the size and weight of the unit, the remote control, the battery start, and the gas consumption efficiency all played into my decision. The review said there was a common problem with the choke, but I figured I could deal with that. I wish it came with a tender that you could keep plugged in, but the customer service rep said to use it for a max of 8 hrs. The battery is just like a motorcycle battery so I will buy a tender for it. It makes no sense to have to plug the unit in just before you need it in an emergency. I have only run it a couple minutes, but I'm hoping the reliability is good.
