after my purchase they lowered the price of this product I want the price difference returned, I can return this product and buy it on sale but it will be more expenses for you

I cannot receive text messages or any messages on it even hooked up to my phone. Took it to Apple Store and the guy said there's nothing they can do. This is the 1st time I have ever been disappointed in an Apple product. Don't waste your money.
