The pillow is definitely firm. As far as the cooling claim, that is totally false and couldn't be any further from the truth. 100% disappointed. Will be returning

Too hard, it hurt my neck

If I had of felt of this pillow in the store I would have drawn my hand back quickly and walked on by. It feels hard and stiff. But I slept on it the first night and woke up without neck pain. 2nd nite I was kinda looking forward to laying my head on it. It does sink in a little with the weight. But the 2nd nite I noticed that a little was exactly what I needed. After laying my head on it, I pushed my shoulder up and into the pillow and low'n behold . . . Just what I had been looking for! My neck was supported and my shoulder wasn't pushing into my back and neck. Wow! What a revelation! Something I thought I knew I wouldn't like was just what I needed! I would definitely recommend that if you are a "pain in the neck" that you give this pillow try! I was, and I did, and now I'm not 🤗

The neck support is fantastic, and I wake up pain-free, no matter my sleep position. The memory foam adapts like a dream and it doesn’t feel hot. My only wish is for the cover to be waterproof. I know It's a beauty sin to sleep with damp hair BUT sometimes at the end of the day I'm too tired to dry my hair completely. Still, highly recommend for a restful night's sleep!

It pops up when opened; wait approximately 24 hours for the smell to subside, and it takes its shape. I didn't detect any odor after the waiting period. The pillow is soft, comfortable, and provides ample neck support. Its versatile shape enables trying different sleeping positions. The fabric is designed to absorb heat and sweat, ensuring a comfortable sleep without overheating. Highly recommended

Being able to be comfortable was half the issue. I’m a side sleeper and my previous pillow was a My Pillow. I had been laying on my side with it tucked between my head and shoulder 🥴 I’d be tossing and turning all night just to get into position, only for my shoulders to be uncomfortable….that was probably a sign I needed a new one ASAP 😆 but this one has ample support and after my first night of using it, it made SUCH a difference! It’s nice and sturdy…I’ll be purchasing another for my husband!

The pillow comes with a soft, removable washable cover, which I really appreciate. The pillow is designed to absorb moisture, which then triggers a cooling effect. For myself, I find slightly too high and firm. The cooling technology is very cool. However, I don't sweat on my head when I sleep, just the rest of my body. I gave the pillow to my teenage son, and he enjoyed it. So it is all about preference.
