This Zinus Night Therapy Graphite Cooling Memory Pillow is definitely value and quality for the price. It is dense, conforming, responsive, and everything you think of with memory foam. I did not notice a strong cooling effect but I will say this pillow is very comfortable, supportive, and cradles my neck perfectly as a side sleeper. If there was any suggestion for product design, it would be to have the zipper to the washable cover on one of the smaller sides, rather than the the long part where hair or the stiffness of the zipper could be felt on the neck if mindlessly flipping the pillow during the night and not knowing which seam the zipper was on.

Love this pillow! It is a memory foam pillow much like a pedic.. There was a slight smell when removing from packaging but it quickly “off gassed”. I’m not sure how to rate the cooling aspect. We use satin pillow cases on it and it doesn’t feel hot. I think this is every bit as good as the more expensive name brand

This pillow is amazing! It keeps me cool throughout the night. It’s firm, but contours to you. I can now get a good nights rest without having to fluff my pillow or use extra pillows. I will definitely be getting more of these. My husband and kids love it as well.

I threw this pillow in our camper when i received it. Always hot stuffy nightes when camping in the Summer. I will never camp again without it. No damp musty pillow smell after sweating, instead my head and neck remained cool and comfortable allowing me to get a good nights sleep.

I got this pillow for my husband to replace his worn out Tempurpedic pillow. I like that the cover is removable so it's easy to wash. I purchased the king sized pillow and it fits perfectly on our CA king bed. It is a tad bit firmer than he prefers but it doesnt hurt his neck and overall he likes it. He is a hot sleeper and the pillow does help keep him cool.

My husband and I both really like this memory foam pillow. It is firm but soft and molds to your head while sleeping. The removable cover is convenient for cleaning and protects the pillow with an added layer. The pillow has a cooling effect and is well made.

I was very excited about this pillow, mainly because of the cooling feature. I get warm at night, so I really like to use cooling pillows. It worked wonderfully. The pillow itself is rather heavy, and very dense, which is why I gave it a 3 star rating. I’ve never used such a firm pillow before, and I really do not like it. There is no give at all. I was hoping it would get better after trying to use it for a month, but it is still way too firm.

When I sleep on my stomach and tuck my arms under the pillow, it feels too thick and elevated, which ends up straining my neck. That said, I think this pillow would be ideal for back and side sleepers. It offers the perfect balance of firmness and softness—not too hard, not too soft—and just the right amount of support for those positions. If you’re a back or side sleeper, I think you’ll really enjoy this pillow. Unfortunately, it’s not the best fit for those of us who sleep on our stomachs.

This pillow is not at all what we thought it would be. It claims to be cooling but it didn’t seem to be any different than our softer more comfortable pillows. It’s very hard and after using it for a few weeks remains very firm and uncomfortable.

I received this pillow last week and was excited to try it. Unfortunately it was not comfortable. It’s extremely hard and only gives a little with the weight of your head. I wasn’t able to use it at all.
