This vacuum is the absolute worst robot vacuum we have ever owned. We have to run it two or three times for the floor to feel or look clean. The vacuum is supposed to be an auto empty vacuum however, that feature only works 1/3 of the time. I tried contacting the company to rectify the issue and they sent us a brand new one with a brand new base after a long battle with them. On the first run with the brand new vacuum and base it did the same thing. The dustbin wasn’t even a third full and it didn’t empty at all. I even have a video to prove it and I sent it to Ecovacs. Customer service told me I had to manually tell the auto-empty vacuum to empty after it was done cleaning a small areas of my already small apartment. Then send it back out again. I wouldn’t even give this company a chance. Go with a different company for your robot vacuum needs.

I absolutely love this vacuum. It maps out your entire house, cleans each room, and avoids damaging or scraping the walls/items. The suction is powerful and it gets the dirt from underneath the baseboards. We have a husky and it cleans great. I can’t stand having dirt or hair or anything on the floor and this has been a huge lifesaver.

Significantly cheaper than "big brother" N8 PRO , with same basic set of capabilities, but with slightly less power, no extra 3D mapping. Pros - Excellent battery life (> 1 hour at high power) - Good power - cleans up most everything - Very smart... continues to optimize cleaning after mapping rooms - Auto-empty - Great app - incredible flexibility - two floor (two map) capability - Amazon echo and Google Assistant compatible - Ozmo mopping Cons - Auto-empty is somewhat thwarted by dog hair - sometimes gets hung up during initial mapping run because of dogged determination to get every square inch cleaned. - not as good as big brother at avoiding obstacles. - Still expensive for a vacuum If you want a robotic vacuum that has awesome cleaning capability and incredible flexibility, but not at the $700 price point, this a great choice.

Legit OBSESSED - I had NO idea what these things even were! MY life literally changed after I got my Ecovac - I am not kidding - My floors are immaculate - I even bought two for friends and they thanked me for life. Cleaning game changer. Also skeptic game changer - I thought there is no way these things work. WELL THEY SURE DO!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not worth the money. The automatic emptying feature stopped working after a month and I've tried everything to figure out how to fix this. It tries over and over and keeps saying "No Bag Detected " . It remaps everytime it starts cleaning and focusing a lot of time on just one area. I've never even attempted to use the mopping feature. I wished I had purchased a different robot vacuum.

I'm obsessed with my Deebot! I barely ever break out the traditional vacuum because it does such a wonderful job-even with my 3 pets! It's a lifesaver.

Affordable and easy-to-use system. Cleans dog hair well. While the mopping feature is a definite benefit, I agree with the other poster than cleaning the mopping pad can, itself, be a chore.

This is a great brand of robovacs which are very efficient and feature rich. I have used this product for the past 7-8 months in my 3500 sq ft home with both carpet and hardwood and have hardly used the regular vacuum cleaner since the purchase.

This robot vac learns your home so it can better clean it! Plus, with its own storage bin it can clean more times before you have to empty it. The vac requires little maintenance, so it is great for the active home!

These robot vacuums last SOOO much longer than competing brands. The quality of these robot vacuums are great. I own two now and have them covering different areas of the house.
