It’s just a waste of money. We even didn’t use it every day. So many issues with it. It even can’t finish cleaning the living room after fully charged. And it can’t go back to finish the mission after recharging. Also always showing the machine is off the line. OMG, just a lot trouble there! And you can’t return after 30 days. Just don’t buy it or buy it from Costco. At least you can return if there’s anything wrong.

I haven't used it now in about a year because the maps keep getting messed up and I have to start from scratch. It also does a terrible job of self emptying the vacuum. The majority of the dirt stays in the machine and I have to clean out manually.

Bought the DEEBOT to get rid of dog hair easy and effortless. It vacuums while I drink coffee or read a book or both. Even my dog, who hated it at first as it kept bumping into her, now got used to the robot cleaning the house. Dog hair not a problem any more.

Best all in one vacuum ever. It save me so much time. It mop and vacuum at the same time. It has great sensor so i don't have to worry about any cords or items on the floor that i have to move before I turn on the machine. It is a life saver. Loving it!

With 3 boys in the house, I was looking for a good vacuum/mop robot. After numerous research I decided to give Ecovacs a try. I loved the self cleaning feature and the laser mapping. After giving this a try I found this Ecovacs Deebot n8 having a few good features and several items that need improvement. To start off, Some of the Pros: The robot is Easy to set up. It Blends in well with the house and wall colors if any. It definitely doesn't take a lot of space. Not too bulky. I Love seeing the house map develop the more I use it(laser mapping is incredible on the visible app.) It goes under the cabinets as most robots can't which is definitely a plus. I love that it has a pattern to properly clean the room. The Vacuum is one of the best features, cleans efficiently, and has a better suction than most robot vacuums. I love that I can block certain points in the house where the robot cannot go in. The Wifi set up is super easy and no issues getting started. Unfortunately there are some Cons as well: After a while, it tends to simply go back to its home charging station even if the battery is not drained. The Mop, needs major improvement - Barely washes the floor and leaves 3 streaks lines when cleaning. The Constant washing of the mopping pad is a nuisance. It Needs a bigger water tank compartment and as a suggestion a dirty tank to suck up all the dirty water separately. Otherwise, it's just dragging dirt all over the house. I used another mop robot right after and it managed to get so much dirty water out. It made me realize this mop wasn't doing much for my house. When self cleaning the vacuum out, it's extremely loud and startles my 1 year old to a point that if I'm across the house and he hears that noise, he does the puppy face and panicking. There's no alert when the tank for water is low. Sometimes the robot has a very difficult time either finding its way back home or will sit next to the home base and spent 20 to 30 minutes smacking the base or wall nearby until it finally figures out how to get back home to be charged. Not a big fan, constantly replacing the self cleaner bags. After investing so much money into this vacuum the last thing I want to do is constantly buy additional bags. Therefore for me, this personally didn't work out as much as I loved the quality of the vacuum and mapping out the house(the more it cleaned the more it has a smooth transition throughout the house). I was looking for a high quality mop however and this just wasn't it for my family. I would still recommend giving it a try and hoping this great company improves certain things in the future as the idea behind it is great!

Since prime day and deals days are coming up, I wanted to write a review of this so no one else waste any money on this garbage product. This thing doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t pick up any dirt, debris, or anything and spends hours “cleaning” the exact same place. It is constantly jamming and catching on things and breaks all the time. We bought this to replace our 4 year old Eufy product that was 1/3 of the cost and the old Eufy product works 100xs better. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could give it a good review because it does not work. Seriously, save your money and buy any other robo vacuum. This thing is so bad it makes me not trust any robo product and purchasing it was one of my biggest regrets. I hate this thing and hate this company for even inventing it.

overall I like this machine a lot. I've hooked up to Alexa so that I can simply command it to clean a certain room. it's a huge labor saver when it works. The dustbin does tend to get clogged and not tell you, and sometimes the map gets confused. not a perfect system but I really like it overall.

I love this brand, the products are reasonably priced, perform as they should and they have excellent support. This is my second Robot Vaccume cleaner and I love it. The Bin is a great bonus. I purchased this one for the auto empty station or bin, and it works like a charm. You can not go wrong with this product.

This vacuum saved my marriage. We used to fight over who would vacuum every night with having two dogs, not any more this is the best vacuum on the market and I gave it five stars because every morning the house is magically clean. Best purchase ever!

I gave this to a friend that claims he were to tired busy to clean and he says it changed his life. Seeing the floors so clean also motivated him to keeping other things in the house clean. This is a smart robot that will map the floor. empty itself and charge itself. Itself ultra win
