Simple and easy Works great Gets to more places that she can’t get to than places that she got to that it can’t get to.

It has issues with self-return and parking with charging station. Also, the Water container self-releases while in use.

Doesn’t do very well at mopping and doesn’t pick up inch dirt in vacuum mode either. I have 2 other brands already, both work better than this one.

Not cleaning around the edges and corners. Few times lost the connectivity and map. I don’t recommend.

The robot keeps loosing the map and I have to redo the mapping every few months. It’s frustrating so I just end up using my regular vacuum.

It works great especially on pet hair! I love the mopping also! This has cut my work load on cleaning house in half!

Had to return and get the N8 Pro , this one without the camera keeps on trying to navigating and getting stuck on it's own base...

Love my new vacuum as a vacuum, mop functions are just ok. It has trouble returning to the charging station, always needs help to go back home.
