I love this water bottle! Only thing that is a problem is the straw keeps falling off and has to be put back on 2-3 times daily. Otherwise, best water bottle I have purchased!

My daughter loved this as it was a gift for her. She likes the fact that the drink spout is covered and it keeps her drinks cold all day. We ordered 2 more after she raves about hers.

I love the ! It s nice to be able to lock the lid and keep the straw clean and have the option for using the lock as a carry handle. It keeps ice overnight which is nice to have by the bed.

When they arrived to my home and I opened the box, they were bent from there being no cushion of any kind placed in the box with them. I would like a refund.
