Love this product so much! Keeps my drinks cold for my 12 hour shift plus some! Love the built in straw more then I thought i would. Definitely will order again. My first review was less stars as the bottle was leaking. But, customer service reached out to me immediately via email, and told me to check that the gasket was in place properly. That was the problem! Once I readjusted the gasket, its been leak proof aºï¸.

Great bottle design, light weight and keep the water cold for a long time, like 12 hrs. The straw design is cool. However, I never drink water from the wide mouth, it s too wide. I have found the straw mouth is hard to wipe, it will end up make your water dirty.

I love this water bottle! I don t use the straw but love the amount of water flow! The bottle is shaped so perfectly - my thumb and fingers help hold the bottle up easily to drink. I love how there is a rubberized portion on the top as well. The handle is ideal and makes carrying the bottle a cinch. Love love love this bottle! Grateful I purchased two!!

I bought three of these water bottles last month. My daughters and I use them daily , but today the springs broke off of the top of my daughters water bottle lid. We love our Owala water bottles but I m a little disappointed that a month after our purchase it s already broken. Water bottle was not dropped it just broke from everyday use ž

I have a really terrible habit of losing water bottles. This one has broken the trend so far, and I think it's because it has a ton of great features. I like that it's easy to clean without a bottle brush, light weight, the straw is in a great position. It also just looks really cool.

I first bought a 24 oz insulated free sip for work. (I m an RN) I love that the part that you drink is completely covered and away from germs and I have the options to sip and gulp. I load the bottle with ice and it s cold all day long. The one down side is, the bottle is super heavy-you don t hike or backpack with this bottle. It s so heavy (particularly on top) I bent over once with it in the side of my backpack and it fell out damaging the top and scuffing the sides pretty well. If you are going to carry this in a pack-put it in the main section. With that said, we recently bought 4 more, 2 insulated and 2 not insulated. The non insulated 25 oz is perfect for hiking and easy to Cary with the handle when I don t want to carry a pack for a short hike. I keep my insulted one in the car so I can have frosty water when I get back. All in all I highly recommend these bottles and would give it 4.5 stars because of the weight of the bottle over all.

After many a soaked backpack from œleakproof water bottles  I decided to try the free sip because of the unique seal. It s been about 4 months now and it has NOT ONCE leaked! I love the built in straw and the dual handle/seal lock design. It has a very natural feel to the lip, verses feeling like I m an adult waking around with a slippy cup. And the colors!! I bought the neon basil in 24 oz originally and loved the pop in color but wanted something bigger and went with the 32 oz Tide me over for a more subdued look. Ended up having some shipping issues and the customer service I got was excellent! Responded right away and was super friendly and helpful. I can never go back to any other water bottle, truly is exactly what I have been searching for in a perfect water bottle.

I was looking for a Yeti alternative (can I say that word here?) that provides me with the option for a straw and saw this in my searches. SO glad that I did! The tilt or straw built in options are so great, and the cap when closed allows me to toss it around in my bag, car, the couch (with a little one, you know how important that is!), etc without it leaking a single drop. The added benefit of it having a handle you can push down when not in use to help lock the lid is genius. I see myself getting a smaller size in the future. I use this for water, keeps it ice cold, so can't weigh in on coffee or other hot beverages. But the seal of the lid is tight as well as the top that pops up, so I imagine it would do the trick. Haven't dropped it yet, so it's not yet ding approved, but I'm sure it will come soon. Three other people in my office have already purchased these since seeing mine. Great job Owala, way to hang with the competition!

I love this tumbler and it keeps drinks cold for a while especially on hot days. It holds a lot and is not very heavy. I use mine everyday and love the sip or gulp option. I own many different types of water bottles and tumbler cups and this one is by far my favorite.

I am a self-described water bottle snob, and I own far too many water bottles. Well, I can happily say that this bad boy takes the cake! It keeps ice frozen for hours, plus I absolutely LOVE the ability to drink via straw or by tipping the bottle, all with the same lid. I haven't stopped bragging about it, and several coworkers have bought the bottle too after hearing my rave reviews!
