I was giving this as a birthday gift. Added this to my pick up cart… then learned later that it was not processed with the dollar amount. Very disappointing to go through the process of another purchase. Please make sure the associates complete gift cards with dollar amount… meaning you can’t trust gift cards for pickup transactions.

First time ourchasing gift cards. Purchased Roblox and Fortnite $50 each for our boys for Christmas. Entered the pin, from a computer, NONE of them work. 2 hours 43 mins on phone. Still dont work. Cant add them to the gamers account. Not on play station not on brand new x box. Will never purchase again. $150 waisted and no usable gift for the kiddos. PURCHASE ONLINE AND DELETE CARD OFF ACCOUNT WHEN DONE KS THE EASIEST WAY !

I purchased a Roblox Physical $50 gift card and when I tried to redeem it, Its sayd 'Invalid Code' Ive tried it MANY DIFFERENT WAY and NONE of them worked. Did I try digital? YES Its kept canceling OVER AND OVER. Walmart fix this now!

Gave these out as party favors, and they do not work. Tried the chat and it kept saying they do not do refunds for gift cards. I dont want a refund, I want them to work. Called customer service and they said they will get back to me in 24 hours. I really hope someone does because I paid 90$ for paper right now. :(
