It's nothing too spicy but it does have a little something. If your super sensitive I'd be cautious but for someone whose called a big weeny alot with spicy stuff, I did ok.

I was so excited to try this on my grilled chicken and it did not disappoint! This seasoning is a perfect blend that enhances grilled chicken and adds just a touch of heat. I am very picky about the seasonings I use in my kitchen and the flavor of this Kinder’s Grilled Chicken Seasoning exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend!

A little bit does go along way. Be careful with how heavy you season your chicken due to one of the main ingredients being sea salt but it doesn’t overpower the garlic or herbs. One of my go-to for my chicken now.

I'm sure it'll be great on chicken on the grill once it warms up here, too! I'll use it in my shredded chicken this week!

I usually have to pull multiple different seasonings out of the cabinet for chicken, but this makes it easy as it’s all in one bottle. It has a good flavor and I think it would also be good on some chicken wings!

Way too much garlic
